1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to every offer made by Applebeam Technology doing business as (“FroggyTalk”) and to every contract that has been realized between FroggyTalk and a user (the “User”) using the mobile application FroggyTalk (the “Software”), purchasing FroggyTalk Call Credits or Vouchers (the “Products”), or using the mobile services provided by FroggyTalk (the “Services”). These services include charged calls, free directory listings, and access to radio content provided by third-party partners.
FroggyTalk may make changes to these Terms from time to time and will publish the changes at FroggyTalk.com/terms-and-conditions. Changes will be effective when published. We recommend reviewing the Terms regularly.
By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you also accept our Privacy Policy as published at www.FroggyTalk.com/privacy. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective when published. Our Privacy Policy is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) act.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not activate or use the Services or Software. By downloading the App from App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable license terms of Apple and Google.

3. The Offer and Contractual Relationship
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the Services being offered. FroggyTalk is not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in the offer.
Every offer contains information that makes it clear to the User what rights and obligations are related to the acceptance of the offer.
4. The Services
FroggyTalk makes available the FroggyTalk App, which is required for Users to access the Services. An internet connection is necessary for service use, and additional data charges may apply.
FroggyTalk does not support emergency calls (e.g., 112, 911). Certain premium/service numbers may be restricted or charged at a premium rate.
Users must use the Software and Services lawfully. Any unauthorized use, including sending unsolicited communications or attempting to disrupt the service, is prohibited.
5. Call Credit, Prices, and Right of Withdrawal
- Users must purchase Call Credit to access paid calling services.
- Call Credit may expire after a set duration unless replenished.
- Prices are listed on the FroggyTalk website and may change without prior notice.
- Users have a 14-day withdrawal right unless services have already been used.
6. Deactivation
FroggyTalk may deactivate accounts if Users violate the Terms. Reactivation is at FroggyTalk’s discretion and may require a reactivation fee.
7. Liability and Indemnification
FroggyTalk is not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation due to service use. If liability is found, it is limited to the greater of:
- Fees paid by the User in the six months before the claim, or
- EUR 25.
Users agree to indemnify FroggyTalk against claims arising from their service use.
8. Personal Data
FroggyTalk processes personal data only to provide Services and complies with GDPR.
- Call Detail Records (CDRs) are stored for 12 months for support purposes.
- FroggyTalk ensures secure data transfer and does not share data without user consent unless legally required.
9. Radio Services
FroggyTalk provides access to radio stations and programs offered by our third-party partners. FroggyTalk does not create, own, or manage any radio content. Users acknowledge that:
- The availability and content of radio programs are subject to third-party providers’ policies.
- FroggyTalk is not liable for the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any radio content.
- Any issues related to the radio service should be directed to the respective content provider.
10. Data Privacy for Radio Listeners
FroggyTalk respects user privacy and does not share listener data with third parties unless explicit consent is provided. Specifically:
- No personal data collected from listening activity will be sold, rented, or transferred outside FroggyTalk without user consent.

11. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software contains proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to FroggyTalk. Users may not alter, decompile, or manipulate the Software.
12. Final Provisions
All contracts are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of the Netherlands, unless another court is mandated by law.
