Yes, you can log into FroggyTalk on another device using your registered phone number. Your balance and account details will automatically transfer.

What payment methods do you support?

FroggyTalk accepts multiple payment methods, including major debit/credit cards and PayPal. Geography-specific payment options may also be available.

How do I apply a discount code?

On the "Buy Credit" page, enter the discount code (e.g., THANKYOU20) in the field provided and click "Apply." Complete the purchase during the same session for the discount to apply.

If I purchase credit, how long is it valid?

If your purchased credit hasn’t appeared in your account, contact customer support with a screenshot of your confirmed payment. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

How can I get free credit?

Share your unique referral code from the "Refer and Earn" section in the app. When your friend downloads FroggyTalk, enters your referral code during registration and makes their first credit purchase, you earn free credit.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn with referrals?

No, there’s no limit! The more friends you refer, the more credit you earn when they make their first purchase.

I referred my friend, but I didn’t earn free credit. Why?

Ensure your friend: - Clicked your referral link or entered your referral code during signup. - Signed up immediately after downloading the app. - Made their first credit purchase.

Can I receive calls on FroggyTalk?

No, FroggyTalk currently supports outbound calls only. You cannot receive calls via the app.
